After a sloppy Week 2 win against the USF Bulls, everyone was curious how the Alabama Crimson Tide would respond against the Wisconsin Badgers in Kalen DeBoer’s first road test as the head coach in Tuscaloosa. The result was more than positive.
Wisconsin opened the contest with a field goal drive to take an early 3-0 lead, but QB Tyler Van Dyke suffered a knee injury that unfortunately ended his day. From there, it was all Alabama en route to a 42-10 victory. Having Kadyn Proctor and Elijah Pritchett back in the starting lineup was the biggest difference-maker today with just four penalties on the day.
Jalen Milroe was sensational again, with 271 all-purpose yards, five touchdowns and no turnovers on the day. Ryan Williams is also quickly growing into one of the best receivers in college football despite being only 17 years old with four catches for 78 yards and a TD.
