The Alabama baseball team began the 2023 season ranked 20th in the country. With the Tide off to an 8-0 start, that ranking has stayed the same in the latest College Baseball rankings.
Brad Bohannon’s squad swept its weekend series against Richmond and High Point. The Tide have also defeated Tennessee Tech and Tennessee-Martin.
Alabama has about two and a half weeks before conference play begins against Florida. That will likely be Alabama’s first matchup against a ranked opponent. The Gators are 7-1 and ranked No. 6.
Overall, Alabama has lived up to expectations and looks to continue that trend.
