Al Nassr and Al Hilal meet on Saturday in the final of the Saudi Super Cup.
The Saudi rivals will face off in Abha as the season gets underway, with both teams emerging victorious this week in their semifinals.
Al Hilal got past Al Ahli on Tuesday in penalties after drawing 1-1 over 90 minutes. Aleksandar Mitrović scored at the death to send the match to penalties, and also converted his spot kick in the shootout.

Al Hilal won the treble last season, taking home the Saudi Pro League, King’s Cup and the Saudi Super Cup. Jorge Jesus’ men went the entire 34-game league season unbeaten, winning 31 games and drawing three.
Al Nassr is looking to start the new season by sending a message to its rival: This season won’t be like the last one.
