The Eagles returned to practice after almost a week of rest following their 34-28 win over the Minnesota Vikings last Thursday.
Lost in the team moving to 2-0 was an apparent sideline dispute between All-Pro quarterback Jalen Hurts and star wide receiver A.J. Brown.

The team and head coach Nick Sirianni, downplayed the situation, and on Thursday, Brown addressed the blow-up, calling it a “discussion” about a previous play.
"No, it was not about targets. I was not over there discussing targets, it was something that happened earlier and we was having a discussion about it…It's not a big deal. Me and [Jalen] are still on the same page." pic.twitter.com/nVlhVr6zgy

A 2022 All-Pro who set the Eagles’ single-season record with 1,496 yards receiving, Brown has just 11 catches for 108 yards through two games, averaging just 9.8 yards per reception.
For comparison, Brown had 13 catches for 155 yards in his debut against Detroit last season, and through two games in 2022, Brown logged 15 catches on 21 targets for 224 yards.
It’s an overblown issue, and with Hurts being Brown’s best friend and godfather to his daughter, it’s also nothing to worry about.
