The NBA has been in suspension since March 11 due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and everybody is beginning to get a little stir crazy and get some cabin fever. So, in order to relieve some of that, Philadelphia 76ers guard Josh Richardson has been exercising with his dog.
On a lazy Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia, Richardson tweeted out at around 5:31 p.m. EST that he just woke up to take his dog for a run. Whether that means he just woke up from a nap or he just woke up from the previous night’s sleep is up for debate. During this time of quarantine, any sleep possibility is on the table.

During this time of suspension, the players are doing their best to keep their cardio and their conditioning up to stay prepared for whenever the season does resume. It appears that he had a pretty good run considering he says he feels like his quads are ripping.

He also added that his calves are exploding too.

Whenever the NBA season does resume, it appears that Richardson will be able to jump back into things no problem if he keeps up this type of training regimen. [lawrence-related id=28921,28914,28904]
