Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid has done a lot of things in his time in America. The guy had one dominant–albeit shortened–college career at Kansas, became the number 3 pick in the 2014 draft, and has been named an All-Star three times in his NBA career already.
There was one little blemish on his resume that can now be removed, he finally has a driver’s license.
Yes, Embiid has lived in America for nine years, but on Tuesday, he finally earned his driver’s license. The 26-year old big man from Cameroon has clearly been keeping busy during this time in quarantine.

Now, Embiid can drive himself to the Wells Fargo Center when games begin to pick back up again there in the 2020-21 season. Although, having a chauffeur to drive you everywhere does sound pretty convenient.
The next big place Embiid will be driving to is the airport as Philadelphia gets set to head down to Orlando to finish up the 2019-20 season. [lawrence-related id=33139,33131,33121]
