The Colorado Buffaloes lost to the USC Trojans this past weekend in a close game despite quarterback Shedeur Sanders throwing for more than 350 yards once again.
One of the biggest highlights was the outstanding play of true freshman wide receiver Omarion Miller, who finished with an eye-popping stat line of seven catches, 196 yards and a touchdown.
Miller drew heavy praise from NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin, and fans loved what he brought to the table, especially with Travis Hunter out for the time being.
Colorado head coach Deion Sanders said on Tuesday that Miller talked with rapper Snoop Dogg on FaceTime after his massive performance. The details of that conversation between Miller and Snoop Dogg weren’t revealed, but the true freshman is making waves.
Miller is part of a loaded wide receivers room that also features Jimmy Horn Jr. and Xavier Weaver, so there are plenty of mouths to feed. After the breakout performance, Miller should command more targets from Shedeur Sanders.
