Coming off a huge upset win over the Dallas Cowboys, the Denver Broncos are surprisingly right back in the race to win the AFC West.
Entering the midway point of the 2021 NFL season, all four teams in the division have five wins. The Broncos are currently in last place because of tiebreakers, but they could jump to first place as quickly as next week depending on the results of the other games in the AFC West.
Here’s a look at the current division standings entering Week 10:

Denver has only played one division game so far, so there’s still plenty of time to climb up the standings in the AFC West.
The Broncos have upcoming games against the Chargers (Weeks 12, 17), Chiefs (Weeks 13, 18) and Raiders (Week 16). Those division games will likely have huge implications for the final standings in the AFC West.
