The Baltimore Ravens were able to keep pace in the AFC playoff picture, beating the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13 to improve their record to 7-5. But unfortunately for the Ravens, all of their playoff-hopeful competition also got the job done, not allowing Baltimore to gain any real ground. With only four games remaining, the AFC playoff picture is beginning to get a little clearer while cutting the time the Ravens have to make a move.
This week, Baltimore will get another AFC North matchup, taking on the 9-3 Cleveland Browns. The Ravens wouldn’t be mathematically eliminated if they lose this game but realistically, their playoff hopes would all but be finished. At the same time, a win wouldn’t lock up a playoff spot but could see Baltimore get out of “the hunt” and into an actual seed for the first time in weeks. Of course, a little love from the football gods wouldn’t hurt either, and if some of the teams on this list lose this week, the Ravens’ playoff chances could increase regardless.
Let’s take a look at how the AFC playoff picture currently looks in Week 14.
