Adrien Broner allegedly has found more trouble.
The 30-year-old former three-division titleholder was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Friday night in Miami Beach, according to TMZ Sports.
Broner allegedly was passed out in his SUV in the middle of traffic, with the engine running, when police responded to a call at around 8:45 p.m. ET. He failed sobriety tests and was arrested and then booked at a nearby police station, police told TMZ.
The fighter spent the night in custody, according to the report.
Police say that Broner was “unconscious, but breathing” in the driver’s seat when they found him. They knocked on the window to wake him but had to shake the vehicle to rouse him. Broner, who police say was confused, then rolled down the window and an officer put the SUV in park.
Officers got Broner out of the car and noticed “low, slurred speech and bloodshot [and] watery eyes,’ according to TMZ. Broner then failed a sobriety test and was arrested.
Broner, 30, also has been accused of sexually assaulting multiple women, general assault in public and has been sued for being delinquent on jewelry debts.
Broner (33-4-1, 24 KOs), whose last fight was a loss to Manny Pacquiao in January of last year, has no bout scheduled at the moment.
