Adrian Wojnarowski: Former Nets and 76ers GM Billy King has joined the Modern Executive Solutions search firm as Senior Partner and head of the Sports and Entertainment Practice. King will oversee searches in pro and college worlds for a company with emphasis on recognizing diversity in candidacies.
