Washington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson has been on some talented teams in his career. After having spent two full seasons with the Redskins, he’s also seen a very troubled roster that struggled to stay competitive in games over the course of a season. However, after going through the many dog days in Washington, AP seems to think that things are on the up and up, and success is right around the corner.
Peterson said as much on Thursday when talking to local media members on a video conference call, remarking that this iteration of the Redskins roster may be the most talented of any that he’s seen during his time in Washington.
From the three years he's been here, Adrian Peterson said that this is the best roster the team's had talent wise, sans Trent Williams not being here. He said with a laugh #HTTR

While there is still a need for big names on the offensive line, nearly every other position group has at least one or two standout players who could be on the brink of a breakout season in 2020.
On top of there being a load of talent playing in Landover, a lot of the players are young as well, meaning that a sustainable future is ahead. We have no idea how much of that future Peterson will be around for, but judging by the way he’s managed to keep Father Time at bay, it wouldn’t be shocked to see AP enjoy his glory years in Washington.
