Adam Bradford has a thick New England accent, but he has learned how to speak the language of Southern California. Bradford, a student at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, covers USC athletics for Annenberg and for The Sporting Tribune. He joined the Trojans Wired podcast for a special episode with three different segments.
Bradford talked about JuJu Watkins’ greatness and the evolving outlook for the USC women’s basketball team. He then discussed the many changes to USC football’s defensive coaching staff and how much they might help the Trojans in 2024 and beyond. Bradford evaluated several different coaches on the current staff while also evaluating Alex Grinch, who is no longer with the program. Bradford assessed Lincoln Riley’s offseason moves, which have been designed to restructure and reorient the program.
Bradford concluded the show with a discussion of football strategy in several different contexts and applied situations.
