Aaron Rodgers’ season as the quarterback of the New York Jets lasted just four plays as he suffered an achilles injury in Week 1. The Jets turned to backup Zach Wilson, and things have been going not so great since. New York is 1-2 on the season, and Wilson and the offense have scored just 10 points the last two weeks in losses to the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots.
Down 17-0 early to the visiting Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night with pop megastar Taylor Swift in attendance, the Jets tried to get a little tricky with a flea-flicker. Wilson was tackled for a loss on the play.
Rodgers, watching in a box, was displeased.
