Every so often, videos are shared on Twitter of his workouts, including ones showing him go through footwork drills like a 180-pound wide receiver would. And in the weight room, he benches 500 pounds.
The latest video of Donald working out shows him doing crunches with medicine balls, passing them in a rotation with his older brother. Your abs will hurt just watching this.
