Remember in Rookie of the Year when Henry Rowengartner throws a ball back and everyone’s wowed by how amazing the toss was?
Well, here it is in real life. As Boston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers was busy single-handedly owning the New York Yankees on Sunday night, one of his home run balls made into the hands of a fan. He walked over to the wall and gave it a toss.
That ball proceeded to make its way BACK to the mound. WOW! The fan appears to be a guy named Lou Valentino, who said he hasn’t played baseball in nearly 10 years. You wouldn’t know it from this throw!
He interested in playing for the team? pic.twitter.com/m8lq0CTImM
