Notre Dame football hosted Mississippi safety [autotag]Bralan Womack[/autotag] over the summer and offered him a scholarship.
When that happened, it looked like the Irish were in the driver seat of his recruitment, but that might not be the case anymore. The 5-foot, 11-inch and 185-pound star has since been to multiple other campuses and this weekend he will see Notre Dame, but from Texas A&M’s sidelines.
The nation’s No. 24 overall prospect according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings does have the Irish among his top schools, but they have seemingly slipped behind a few programs. For Notre Dame to seriously get back in it, they’ll have to get him on campus this fall.

As of this moment, there is no known plan for Womack to return to South Bend, but there is plenty of time for the coaching staff to set a visit up.
