A look at the Buccaneers’ forgettable 2016 draft class

With the 2020 NFL draft upon us, Buccaneers GM Jason Licht will be hoping it won’t be a repeat of 2016.

Round 4 (No. 108): CB Ryan Smith

Smith remains the sole member of the Bucs’ 2016 draft class, but has just 16 starts in 57 games with one interception. The Bucs may look to upgrade at the cornerback position further come draft time. And, with young cornerbacks like Sean Murphy-Bunting and Jamel Dean on the roster, Smith’s roster spot may be in danger.
