The Masters Club, better known as the Champions Dinner, is a tradition at Augusta National Golf Club that started in 1952. Per tradition, the defending champion selects the menu for the Tuesday night gathering.Here are a few of the menus from past Champions Dinner. Mark O’Meara, 1999: Sushi and sashimi, Chicken and steak fajitas, rice and refried beans, Grilled filet mignon, twice-baked potato, asparagus, trio dessert. Phil Mickelson, 2005: Quail served on polenta with mushrooms and cheese, Fried calamari with spicy tomato sauce, Lobster ravioli with fresh tarragon tomato cream sauce, Vanilla ice cream Trevor Immelman, 2009: Crispy fried calamari. Pumpkin fritters with sweet and hot sauce, South African spinach salad, Chicken sosaties with yellow rice, milk tart. Adam Scott, 2014: Artichoke and arugula salad with grilled calamari, Australia Wagyu New York Strip, Moreton bay bugs, Sauteed spinach, strawberry and passion fruit pavlova. Patrick Reed, 2019: Caesar salad, wedge salad, Prime bone-in cowboy ribeye, Macaroni and cheese, corn creme brulee, Creamed spinach, steamed broccoli, Tiramasu, Vanilla bean creme brulee, Chocolate crunch and praline cheesecake. Tiger Woods, 2020: “Being born and raised in SoCal, having fajitas and sushi was a part of my entire childhood, and I’m going back to what I had in 2006,” explained Woods.
