The expectations are high for the No. 7 Texas A&M Aggies as they march towards the start of the 2022 college football season.
The biggest question for the Aggies and head coach Jimbo Fisher is who will be the starting quarterback in 2022. Many feel that it will be Haynes King once again, who started out 2021 before his season-ending injury. The other two options are LSU Tigers transfer [autotag]Max Johnson[/autotag] and incoming freshman Conner Weigman.
Johnson has the most experience of the three as he started all 12 games for LSU in the regular season, not to mention starting the final three games of the 2020 campaign.
