Back in early May, recruiting services put in a prediction that 2025 edge rusher Javeon Campbell would pick Kentucky football. Now, two months later, he’s set to make an official decision, and Big Blue Nation is hopeful the prediction comes true.
Campbell is a four star recruit according to 247sports, and is ranked just outside the top 100 recruits overall. He’s their number 15 defensive lineman, and top player from the state of Kentucky.

Just a few days ago, the Wildcats landed another four star edge rusher in Cedric Works. Adding Campbell would give them a very talented pair of pass rushers for the future. It would also give Kentucky another highly ranked recruit, when they historically don’t get a lot of them.
If the Cats add a Campbell commitment, it will be over some very good programs. His other three final schools are Miami, Alabama, and Auburn.
