A guy kept trolling Kevin Holland about grappling, so he put him in his place. Watch.

Kevin Holland shows why you should be careful how you interact with fighters on social media.

Listen up, trolls: Be careful how you interact with fighters on social media because you might end up regretting it.

Case in point: How UFC middleweight [autotag]Kevin Holland[/autotag] dealt with this one guy.

Holland on Saturday shared a screen shot of direct messages on Instagram from a fan named Jayden Draper. Here’s how those read:

April 27, 10:53 a.m.
“All I gotta say is even though your a black belt I’m positive I could submit you prove me wrong🤷🏾‍♂️”

May 9, 10:59 a.m.
“Stop ducking me”

June 4, 12:25 p.m.
“Still ducking me pussyass”

So what did Holland do? According to Ariel Helwani, Holland paid for the guy’s bus ticket and hotel room so they could roll on the mats. And, well, it went exactly how you’d expect.

C’mon now, guy.
