A frustrated Brad Keselowski delivered an epic helmet smash after last-lap Daytona 500 wreck

Frustrated? You bet.

It was a rough ending to the 2021 Daytona 500 for Brad Keselowski, to say the least.

The driver of the No. 2 Ford for Team Penske tried to make a move to pass his teammate Joey Logano to get to the front on the last lap. But Keselowski hit the back of Logano’s car and it caused a huge, fiery wreck. The winner? It was underdog Michael McDowell, who had gone 0-for-357 up until Sunday.

Keselowski was extremely frustrated. Cameras caught him getting out of the wrecked No. 2 and slamming his helmet to the ground before delivering an interview with a memorable quote:

“I don’t feel like I made a mistake, but I can’t drive everybody else’s car.” Wow!
