It’s been a weird week for Baltimore Orioles fans after the bizarre suspension of play-by-play announcer Kevin Brown, but they can at least get a good laugh in at this baseball fan’s foul ball antics.
During Thursday’s afternoon tilt at Camden Yards with the Houston Astros, a foul ball went flying into the stands and landed in a fan’s barbecue plate. Yes, it literally landed in some poor guy’s barbecue lunch.
He seemed proud to have caught the ball while holding his meal as the crowd cheered him on and the broadcast booth got a good laugh out of the very unorthodox baseball landing spot.
After a ball landed in one of the Green Monster’s scoreboard lights at Fenway Park on Wednesday night, it appears that baseballs are just going to appear in strange places this week.
Shoutout to the fan at the Orioles game that had a foul ball bounce into his BBQ pic.twitter.com/3SzsCJBt90

Well, maybe the Orioles hooked this guy up with a fresh plate of food, if only because you just can’t eat a meal when a baseball flies into it. However, you can keep the ball with the barbecue stain and brag about it to your friends.
