Ex-Georgia wide receiver visiting USF

A former Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver, four-star recruit is visiting USF.

Ex-Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver C.J. Smith plans to visit the South Florida Bulls on Jan. 6, according to Matt Zenitz on CBS Sports/247 Sports. Smith, who transferred to Purdue for the 2024 college football season, is in the portal for a second time in his career.

Smith was a four-star recruit in 2022 when he signed with the Bulldogs. Smith played two seasons in Georgia as a depth receiver before transferring to Purdue last year.
