Kentucky football lost a number of good players to the transfer portal, including several from the offense. One of them was tight end Jordan Dingle. Now, like receiver Barion Brown, it appears that he has found a new home.
According to Matt Zenitz of 247sports, Dingle will join South Carolina for the 2025 season. The move would enable him to face the Wildcats next season when the two teams meet in September.

Dingle spent four years in Lexington, but never really became a big part of the offense. The 2022 season was his best, and he had 20 receptions for 220 yards and 3 touchdowns. Last year, he recorded 9 catches for 71 yards and 1 score in a down season for the offense.
As a former four-star recruit, Dingle certainly still has the potential to be a very good player. The Gamecocks are hoping to get the most out of his talent. Good luck to him in 2025.
