Coming off of their late-season bye week, where do the Indianapolis Colts now fall in the Week 15 edition of our NFL power ranking roundup?
The Colts’ playoff hopes are still alive, but they face a playoff-like matchup against Denver in what is essentially a must-win game for Indianapolis.
Over this final month of the season, the Colts will continue to chase that elusive consistency if they are going to make a strong playoff push.
Anthony Richardson has been playing at a much higher level since his return, but around him, there have been dropped passes and up-and-down play from the offensive line. The run game found some success against New England but had largely struggled to get going the month prior.
The defense, meanwhile, is giving up a lot of yards and too many big plays, but they’ve often held up in the red zone and been able to generate takeaways.
There has certainly been good from the Colts this season, which is why they are in a position to still make the playoffs, and reasons for optimism. But there’s been some not-so-good as well, which is why they still sit below .500 at this stage of the season.
Overcoming those overall struggles that they’ve experienced starts with being more consistent in all phases.
So with all of that in mind, let’s take a look at where the Colts land in the latest NFL power rankings:
