The king of the “kip-up” gave Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft a perfect rating on his performance of the move during Thursday night’s loss to the Detroit Lions.
In the third quarter, Kraft caught a pass from Jordan Love and rumbled for 21 yards. He leapt to avoid a tackle attempt and got smacked to the ground, but Kraft responded with a kip-up — a move when someone goes from supine (on the ground) to a standing position.
WWE’s Shawn Michaels mastered the move during his wrestling career, so his opinion carries weight — and he loved Kraft’s rendition at Ford Field. The Heartbreak Kid’s rating? 10/10.

In his prime, Michaels weighed 225 pounds. Kraft is 6-5 and almost 260 pounds, highlighting the elite athleticism of the former South Dakota State star.
The catch and run eventually set up a go-ahead touchdown from Josh Jacobs, but the Packers gave up a late lead and lost on a field goal as time expired.
A combination of Lions, including cornerback Terrion Arnold, knocked Kraft to the ground, but he wasn’t down long.
“Look at the way he gets up too!” play by play announcer Al Michaels said excitedly after the play.
Kraft finished with three catches for 41 yards and a touchdown in the 34-31 loss. He leads the Packers with seven touchdown catches through 14 weeks.
