Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is slated to grow exponentially over the next three days, as several commits, including five-star offensive tackle Lamont Rogers and three-star quarterback Eli Morcos, have already committed to the Aggies as of Tuesday.
On Sunday, it was reported that after visiting College Station during A&M’s season finale loss to Texas, 2025 5-star wide receiver Jerome Myles out of Draper, Utah, received a prediction to land with the Aggies from On3’s Steve Wiltfong after the elite receiver decommitted from USC on the same day.
However, while it was assumed that Myles would sign with Texas A&M during Early Signing Day on Wednesday, the senior pass catcher announced that he would not sign with any team this week and would play out the rest of the recruiting period. It’s important to note that he can change his mind and still sign early.
I expect Utah and BYU to push hard for Myles’ commitment this week, but as things stand, I still believe the Aggies are in a good position to land the highly coveted wide receiver prospect in the coming months.
According to On3’s Industry rankings, Myles is currently positioned as the 24th-ranked prospect in the 2025 cycle, the 4th-ranked wide receiver prospect, and the No. 1-ranked prospect in Utah.
