Pacers at Raptors picks and predictions

Prediction

Raptors 123, Pacers 117

Moneyline

The Pacers hold the fifth-worst road record in the NBA, certainly not ideal for a team that made the Eastern Conference Finals last season. On the flip side, despite a 1-11 record as the visiting team, the Raptors are a much stronger 5-4 at home.

However it seems like the books are half expecting a Raptors win. At +120 there is hardly any value in grabbing Toronto with their paltry 6-15 record. But given the tight spread if I had to chose I am backing the Raptors.

LEAN RAPTORS (+120).

Against the spread

As I said above, 2.5 points is too tight especially if you are backing the underdog.

PASS.

Over/Under

The Pacers are 10-1 (90.9%) toward the Over after a loss. Plus, the Raptors are 7-2 towards the Over at home (77.8%).

While the line is high I think these teams will blow past it.

BET OVER 238.5 (-110).
