2025 four-star safety prospect Lagonza Hayward decommitted from Tennessee on Sunday.
Hayward committed to the Vols on July 27. He unofficially visited Tennessee on Oct. 12 for the Florida game, and Oct. 19 when the Vols hosted Alabama.
The 6-foot-1, 200 pound safety is from Toombs County High School in Lyons, Georgia.
Hayward is ranked as the No. 72 overall prospect in the class of 2025. He also ranks as the No. 9 safety and No. 9 player in Georgia, according to 247Sports.
Hayward is predicted to commit to Florida, according to Tom Loy of 247Sports.
