With Christian McCaffrey ruled out for the remainder of the game with a knee injury, the San Francisco 49ers run game went through Jordan Mason and rookie Isaac Guerendo on Sunday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills.
With the 49ers trailing 28-3 in the second half, Guerendo helped get the 49ers on the board with a touchdown late in the third quarter. The rookie running back out of Louisville broke around the left side of the field for a 15-yard touchdown run.

Guerendo’s touchdown on Sunday marked the second touchdown of his rookie campaign. Guerendo has rushed the ball 38 times for 227 during his rookie season with the 49ers.
