With the San Francisco 49ers’ defensive line already limited due to injuries, another key piece to the interior defensive line is dealing with an early injury against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football.
In the first half, defensive tackle Kevin Givens exited the game with a chest injury. After entering the blue medical tent in Buffalo and leaving the sideline for the locker room, Givens is officially listed as questionable due to a chest injury.

If Givens is unavailable, the 49ers will lean Kalia Davis and Khalil Davis behind Maliek Collins and Evan Anderson in Buffalo on Sunday night.
