The Green Bay Packers used the game’s first takeaway of Thanksgiving Night to set up a quick touchdown from Jordan Love to Jayden Reed in the first quarter at Lambeau Field.
The Packers recovered a muffed punt from Malik Washington inside the 10-yard line, and Love hit Reed on a 3-yard touchdown pass on third down to give Green Bay a 7-0 lead just three minutes into the first quarter.
Love, who missed Reed on what would have been a long touchdown pass on the opening possession, didn’t miss given a second chance, threading the needle on an out-breaking route against the coverage of rookie Storm Duck.
