It’s been 10 days since the Atlanta Falcons lost to the Denver Broncos by 32 points. After a bye in Week 12, the team has returned to the practice field to begin preparation for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The last time we saw the Falcons take the field, they were battling numerous injuries at the defensive back position. Three of the team’s top cornerbacks did not play in Week 11, and a fourth — Kevin King — was injured during the game and did not return.
Several other players, including wide receiver Darnell Mooney and quarterback Kirk Cousins, were listed on last week’s injury report. Head coach Raheem Morris provided some updates ahead of Wednesday’s practice.
Morris said Mooney is “looking good and feeling good” entering Week 13, per ESPN’s Marc Raimondi.
