Will the Kansas City Chiefs be on the field today in Week 12 of the NFL schedule?
After last week’s loss to the Buffalo Bills, the Chiefs are on the road again this week to visit the Carolina Panthers. The Bills were tough opposition and delivered Kansas City’s first loss of the season, likely a needed wakeup call for the club before the playoffs.
While the Chiefs have been dominant this year, the club can’t afford to lose another game if they intend to earn their second-consecutive Super Bowl victory.
Now is the time for Kansas City to tighten the screws for the possibility of a “three-peat.”
Luckily for the Chiefs this week they have the opportunity to bounce back against a team that is in disarray compared to Buffalo. The Panthers are 3-7, and sit at the bottom of the NFC South.
It will be important for Kansas City to get this win to maintain their dominance in the AFC and ensure they get the number one seed and the bye week that comes along with it.
Kickoff takes place at 12:00 p.m. CT at Bank of America Stadium, and the action will be broadcast on CBS.
