Coming off a premium UFC 309 event at Madison Square Garden, the UFC schedule continues to roll on with UFC Fight Night 248 as fight week is officially underway in Macau.
The main event features a pivotal bantamweight bout as former champion [autotag]Petr Yan[/autotag] takes on former flyweight champ [autotag]Deiveson Figueiredo[/autotag], with both top-five fighters looking to state their case for a title shot at 135 pounds. For the first time on Tuesday, Yan (17-5 MMA, 9-4 UFC) and Figueiredo (24-3-1 MMA, 13-3-1 UFC) got a close-up look at each other as they faced off and exchanged some word.

UFC Fight Night 248 takes place Saturday at Galaxy Arena in Macau. It streams entirely on ESPN+, beginning at 3 a.m. ET.
