LSU’s start time against Vanderbilt on Saturday was confirmed on Monday.
The Tigers and Commodores kick off at 6:45 PM CDT on the SEC Network. The prime-time matchup marks the fourth straight night game in Death Valley.
Vanderbilt travels to Baton Rouge for the first time since 2009 as the last three meetings between the schools were played in Nashville.
Back-to-back home games to end the season give the Tigers a chance to end on a high note after three-straight losses, but Vanderbilt poses a real threat.
Led by dual-threat quarterback Diego Pavia, head coach Clark Lea’s team upset Alabama and fell to Texas by a field goal. Vanderbilt also picked up wins over Kentucky and Auburn, giving them their first ranking in the AP poll since 2013.
Lea is a former assistant of Kelly’s, working on his staff at Notre Dame.
Though they don’t currently rank in the top 25, the Commodores still receive votes heading into their matchup with the Tigers.
