Indianapolis Colts vs Jets live updates, analysis and highlights

Stay in the know with live updates, analysis, and highlights from the Indianapolis Colts Week 11 matchup with the Jets.

A Week 11 matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Jets brings together two teams hanging on to what’s left of their playoff hopes.

Despite the Colts being 4-6 and the Jets 3-7, both teams are still alive in the AFC playoff hunt. The seventh seed currently belongs to Denver at 5-5, meaning the Colts are only one game back and the Jets two, with seven games still remaining.

A win and the Colts’ playoff odds take a fairly significant jump, but a loss will likely be too much to overcome.

Even as the Colts have lost three in a row, the defense continues to hold its own and is doing so against some good offenses. The hope is that with Anthony Richardson back under center, he can provide the offense with a spark.

Whether through the air or on the ground, Richardson brought big play ability to the Colts’ offense, but consistency on the short to intermediate routes is what has been lacking.

The Jets, meanwhile, have tons of talent on both sides of the ball, but that hasn’t translated to victories on the field.

So with all of that in mind, stay up to date right here with live updates and highlights from the Colts vs. Jets game on Sunday afternoon.

In-game analysis

– The Colts defense is doing an excellent job of flying to the ball carrier to limit yards after the catch opportunities.

– It’s been great to see the emphasis from Shane Steichen on the run game, with the Colts carrying the ball 22 times in the first half, but more specifically, he is getting Richardson involved in that aspect as well.

– Rough sequence for the Colts between the end of the first half and the start of the second half. The Jets hadn’t moved the ball at all but scored a touchdown before half and then New York forced a fumble to begin the third quarter.
