2026 4-star LB out of Lawndale (CA) has committed to Texas A&M

Texas A&M has landed another 2026 commit, as 4-star linebacker Samu Moala announced his intentions on Sunday night

Boom! Texas A&M’s recruiting momentum is real, as the head coach Mike Elko has landed three 2026 commitments on Sunday, ending the night with an announcement from 4-star linebacker Samu Moala, who joins 4-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory and 4-star Edge Jordan Carter.

Looking like a future Edge rusher at the next level, Moala’s 6-4, 230-pound frame is intriguing.

The junior linebacker has the sideline-to-sideline speed and instincts to be a force against the run, and Texas A&M’s defensive performance against LSU likely influenced his decision to choose the Aggies over Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia.

With his commitment, Texas A&M’s 2026 recruiting class is now ranked second in the country with seven commitments. The momentum is real and might not slow down this week, as several weekend visitors are rumored to announce their intentions sooner rather than later.

According to 247Sports, Moala is currently positioned as the 160th-ranked prospect in the 2026 class, the 18th-ranked Edge, and the 20th-ranked prospect in California.
