Ravens WR Rashod Bateman praises Zay Flowers for his breakout performance

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman praises Zay Flowers after having his own career high in yards against the Washington Commanders

Lamar Jackson spread the football around on Sunday in the passing game, having three different receivers log 60+ yards in the afternoon. Rashod Bateman and Jackson have seen their chemistry grow this season, and on Sunday, the former Golden Gophers wide receiver had one of his best days as a pro.

Bateman logged four catches for 71 yards (17.8 avg) on four targets. The 71 yards were the most for Bateman since Week 2 of the 2022 season. Rather than focus on his accomplishment, Batenan had nothing but praise for Zay Flowers and his historic day.

Flowers had nine catches for 132 yards (14.7 avg) and hauled in all nine of his targets. Lamar Jackson is developing a rapport with his key pass catchers.
