After a loss to the Jaguars, where do the Indianapolis Colts now rank in ESPN’s Week 6 power rankings?

After a disappointing loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars this past Sunday, where do the Indianapolis Colts now land on ESPN’s weekly power rankings?

At 2-3 overall, in terms of these power rankings, it’s been a roller coaster ride for the Colts. Indianapolis began the season at No. 18 overall, have been ranked as low as No. 28 after an 0-2 start, but were back up to 19th as of last week.

However, following a loss to the, at the time, 0-4 Jaguars, ESPN now has the Colts at No. 22 overall.

Determining these rankings for ESPN are more than 80 writers, editors, and TV personalities evaluating each team’s performance and then ranking them from 1-32.

Although still inconsistent, the offense–whether with Anthony Richardson or Joe Flacco at quarterback–has found a way to put up yards and points over these last three games, often thanks to the big play ability of this unit.

The defense, however, after getting run over in the first two games of the season by Houston and Green Bay, have given up a ton of passing yards to Caleb Williams, Justin Fields, and Trevor Lawrence.

The three quarterbacks have all thrown for over 300 yards against the Colts and combined have eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark. Not helping the Colts secondary is a lack-luster pass rush that is dealing with injuries.

Next up for the Colts is a matchup on the road against the Titans, who are 1-3 on the season and come in at No. 28 in ESPN’s power rankings. Of note, the Titans are coming off a bye week so will be fresh and have had extra time to prepare for this matchup.
