Tennessee ranked top five in game control entering Florida contest

Tennessee football ranks top five for game control nationally after five games in 2024.

No. 9 Tennessee (4-1, 1-1 SEC) will return to Neyland Stadium on Saturday for the first time since Sept. 14.

The Vols will host Florida (3-2, 1-1 SEC) in Week 7. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. EDT and will be televised by ESPN.

Following Week 6 contests, ESPN released updated game control rankings. Game control reflects chances that an average top 25 team would control games from start to end the way this team did, given the schedule.
