The Atlanta Falcons offense showed out on Thursday Night Football, racking up 550 total yards and putting up 36 points in a thrilling overtime win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On a night with no shortage of highlights, Falcons wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge provided the biggest one. Hodge subbed in for Drake London at the start of overtime, catching a short pass and racing upfield for a 45-yard touchdown to seal Thursday’s NFC South win.

According to NFL Next Gen Stats, Hodge hit a top speed of 19.7 miles per hour on his game-winning score, which was the sixth-most improbable touchdown of the season.

Hodge caught two catches for 67 yards and a touchdown in Thursday’s win. He was one of seven Falcons to catch a pass in Week 5. Quarterback Kirk Cousins put on an aerial display, racking a career-high 509 passing yards and four touchdowns.

Drake London led all receivers with 12 catches for 154 yards and a touchdown. Darnell Mooney chipped in nine catches for 105 receiving yards and two scores. Even Kyle Pitts had seven grabs for 88 yards on Thursday night.

The Falcons now sit at 3-2 atop the NFC South after five games. Next up, it’s a road matchup against the Carolina Panthers in Week 6.
