The Clemson Tigers moved up two spots in the updated AP Top 25 college football poll, which also sees a new team at No. 1 after a thrilling Week 5.
The Tigers (3-1) landed at No. 15 in the AP poll following their 40-14 victory over the Stanford Cardinal Saturday. Dabo Swinney’s team also moved up one spot in this week’s US LBM Coaches Poll, to No. 14.

As for the top 5, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
The Alabama Crimson Tide (4-0) moved up three spots to No. 1 in the AP poll following their thrilling 41-34 victory over the Georgia Bulldogs (3-1) Saturday night at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa.
First-year coach Kalen DeBoer and the Tide received 40 first-place votes, overtaking the Texas Longhorns (5-0) for the top spot. Texas checked in at No. 2, while the Ohio State Buckeyes (4-0) remained No. 3. The Tennessee Volunteers (4-0) moved up one spot to No. 4. Georgia dropped three spots to land at No. 5.

Clemson will look to keep rolling next Saturday when the Tigers head to Tallahassee for their annual showdown with Florida State. The Seminoles dropped to 1-4 after falling 42-16 at SMU Saturday.
Kickoff for Clemson vs. FSU is set for 7 p.m. ET at Doak Campbell Stadium. The game can be seen on ESPN.
