UCLA Bruins football included in sad Buffalo Wild Wings promotion

The UCLA Bruins have not been great this season, and one restaurant franchise has taken notice.

UCLA Bruins football fans do not have much confidence in their team this season following a blowout loss to Indiana, and, according to one restaurant chain, neither do they.

A recent promotion from Buffalo Wild Wings offers Bruins fans free wings if UCLA wins. Though the Bruins are not favored in nine of the ten remaining games on their schedule, according to Brett McMurphy of the Action Network, UCLA fans can be treated to six free wings with a qualifying purchase of $10 of food and or non-alcoholic beverages if the Bruins win.

The promotion is an unfortunate reminder to Bruins fans of the trajectory of their 2024 season. With tough games ahead in the Big Ten and questions regarding the job security of first-year head coach DeShaun Foster, the deal seems like a consolation prize to UCLA fans watching at Buffalo Wild Wings.

For hopeful Bruins fans looking to get a better bang for their buck, UCLA’s games against Rutgers on October 19th and against Fresno State on November 30th seem like the best bet to capitalize on the deal.
