Photos of UCLA’s ugly Big Ten opener loss to Indiana

It was a tough loss but still a gorgeous venue.

It was not pretty. The UCLA Bruins football program began their Big Ten Conference run with an ugly 42-13 loss to the Indiana Hoosiers.

UCLA scored just one touchdown, which came in the second quarter, and the Hoosiers scored 14 a piece in the first and fourth quarters to get the easy victory.

Ethan Garbers went without a touchdown pass in the game, and DeShaun Foster’s Rose Bowl head coaching debut was not what fans were hoping for.

For better or for worse, the Big Ten era got underway, and seeing the Big Ten logo at the Rose Bowl will take some getting used to. Here are some of the best photos from the game.
