LSU is kicking off SEC play on Saturday against South Carolina in Columbia, and ESPN’s iconic College GameDay pregame show was in town.
That means that legendary GameDay staple Lee Corso had a headgear pick to make, and in this Week 3 conference showdown, Corso is rolling with the Tigers.
Corso pointed out that LSU has never lost to South Carolina in Williams-Brice Stadium, and he doesn’t think that’s changing on Saturday as he put on the Mike the Tiger head minutes before kick-off.
LSU hopes he’s right, and he has a decent all-time record of success with his picks, getting them right just under two-thirds of the time.

The Tigers will look to start SEC play 1-0 when they face a South Carolina team coming off a 31-6 win at Kentucky.
