Puka Nacua suffers knee injury, ruled out vs. Lions

Puka Nacua injured his knee in the second quarter and was taken into the medical tent for further evaluation

Puka Nacua dealt with a knee injury during training camp but was cleared as a full-go for Week 1 against the Lions. In the second quarter, he was forced to leave the game after injuring his knee.

Nacua came off the field after a third-down catch and was taken into the medical tent for further evaluation. The Rams are calling him questionable to return, so we’ll see if he’s able to get back out there on offense.

He was able to walk off the field under his own power but was walking gingerly.

Update: Nacua returned on the next drive, but after a few plays, he went back to the sideline and sat on the bench. Tyler Johnson replaced him in the lineup.

At the start of the third quarter, Nacua was ruled out for the rest of the game.
