With Week 1 of the NFL season finally here, it is time to examine every former UCLA Bruins football player who is on an active roster, injured, or holding a spot on the practice squad.
In total, there are currently 25 players on an active NFL roster entering Week 1, with some notable names. There are others who are injured and some who have practice squad spots, including Kyle Philips, who recently signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Chicago Bears tight end Marcedes Lewis is the longest-tenured as he enters his 19th NFL season. Dallas Cowboys linebacker Eric Kendricks is entering his 10th season in the NFL.
Others include rookie 2024 first-round pick Laiatu Latu as well as undrafted free agent signing Carson Steele, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs.
